We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, & American Express) through Paypal (secured server), Postal Orders, Personal & Company Cheques, Money Orders, Bank Transfer (NB. Cheques require a 7-day clearing period). All prices are in sterling and inclusive of VAT (applicable in the UK only).

Shipping
All watches are delivered straight to your door (insured and tracked) within 24 - 48 hours from payment clearance. We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for shipping within the UK (next day guaranteed, tracked, insured) which is a flat £6.00 charge. International shipping is via British Royal Mail Airsure/ Recorded Service (insured and tracked) which is a flat £10.00 worldwide. Packages will only be shipped to verified billing addresses. We do not ship to Indonesia.
International customers, usually, have to pay import duty fee imposed by your country's customs office, as you are considered the importer on record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Customs forms for all international packages list the purchase price.
Extra Care
We send all our watches out the way we would like to receive them, hence they are presented in an attractive Jeweller's watchcase, individually hand wrapped with a personal card. We are very happy to include a card and message of your choice if the item is to be a special gift. You would need to advise this in an email upon payment.
Guarantee
All our timepieces are thoroughly checked and serviced where necessary. We do not service all watches and will always specify when a watch is serviced in the description. We recommend that very old vintage watches that have not been serviced by us be cleaned/serviced in the near future by your jeweller. This not only gives you peace of mind, but preserves the lifetime of the movement. We offer a 7 day full refund policy for watches that prove to be faulty only. We will happily repair the fault at our cost. We ask that you email us by the third business day after you receive the watch if this is the case.
